La Cuenta Oficial de Pokémon en YouTube ha publicado el Episodio No. 1 de la Serie Pokémon Origins, titulado: Red.
Pokémon Origins nos cuenta la historia de Red siguiendo los pasos del personaje principal de los Juegos originales de Pokémon: Pokémon Red y Pokémon Blue, quien tiene el objetivo de completar todo el Pokédex.

It’s back to the beginning with Pokémon Origins! This animated series tells the story of the very first Pokémon video games, Pokémon Red and Pokémon Blue. A new Pokémon Trainer named Red and his arrogant rival, Blue, set out from Professor Oak’s laboratory on a journey to complete the Pokédex. At first, Red doesn’t really know what he’s doing and finds it difficult to connect with his Charmander when they battle. But soon he meets Gym Leader Brock, who sets him on the path to win eight badges and challenge the Pokémon League!
Pokémon Origins se transmitió por primera vez en Japón durante el mes de Octubre del 2013, y de manera Internacional a través del Servicio de Pokémon TV el 15 de Noviembre del mismo año.
